1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used health and wellness products
- Items not in their original condition or damaged after delivery
- Discounted or promotional items
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
